Hancock & Hancock is a personal injury law firm in Tampa, Florida that is run by Claire and Michael Hancock. The firm deals with a number of legal claims, including accidental death, slip and fall, insurance disputes and many other legal areas.

The Brief

Hancock & Hancock approached R.O.I Media to improve their existing website conversion rate so as to increase the rate that website visitors were converting into actual customers. We were also contracted to bolster traffic through a short-term SEO campaign.

The Solution

R.O.I Media developed a two phase campaign that focused on meeting Hancock & Hancock's primary goals – increasing conversion, and increasing website traffic.

Conversion

In July 2009, R.O.I Media started working on the new conversion enhanced design of the Hancock website. Major improvements were made to the website’s navigational and call-to-action structure, colour palate, copy presentation and positioning, lead generation strategy and other key areas, ensuring an improved conversion rate and increased usability.

SEO

The first month of the campaign started with the initial onsite setup, which was integrated into the final stages of the new website development. Services included content refinement and keyword insertion, Meta tag optimisation, internal linking and URL re-structuring. After the initial setup, the ongoing monthly campaign management was initiated. Monthly services included content enhancements, onsite optimisation, keyword targeting, link-building, basic social media marketing, analysis and reporting, and extensive website quality control. R.O.I Media had just 4 months to bolster traffic, and through aggressive SEO tactics we achieved excellent results.

Overall Results

From July 2009 until October 2009, R.O.I was able to increase conversion rates on the Hancock & Hancock site by over 100%, with significant traffic growth over the 4 month campaign.
